My name is Felicia L. Williams, and I am the proud founder and owner of Organic Organization Cleaning LLC. Cleaning is more than a service to me—it’s a passion, a reflection of my work ethic, and a commitment to excellence. My journey began in 2012 in the hospitality industry as a housekeeper, where I quickly learned that every detail matters. Through dedication, consistency, and a strong desire to grow, I advanced into leadership roles as a Housekeeping Supervisor and eventually a Housekeeping Director, where I trained teams, maintained high-quality standards, conducted inspections, and ensured every space met and exceeded guest expectations.
When the COVID-19 pandemic changed the world, I made the courageous decision to build something of my own. I turned my years of experience into a business that reflects my values of professionalism, integrity, reliability, and exceptional customer service. Since founding Organic Organization Cleaning LLC in 2020, my mission has been to provide dependable commercial cleaning services that help businesses maintain safe, healthy, and welcoming environments for their employees, residents, and guests.
With over 12 years of industry experience, I understand that a clean property is a direct reflection of the people who manage it.
